Multiple implant solutions for Bournemouth locals

If you suffer from multiple missing teeth, there are a few solutions you can use to target your issues.

Some treatments we offer at Dorset Dental Implants are:

  • Dental implants: Dental implant surgery involves replacing the tooth root with metal, screw-like post then replacing the damaged tooth with an artificial one that functions and appears the same as a natural tooth.
  • Crowns: also referred to as a ‘cap’ and used to cover a damaged tooth.

If you have lost multiple teeth then it is vital you receive the right advice for planning treatments and care before and after treatment.

We want to ensure that any implants you have fitted will be long-lasting and secure.

All dental implant procedures are supervised by Dr Philip McCauley, our leading implantologist, who has been resolving missing teeth problems since 2002.

How painful is a tooth replacement procedure?

Some slight pain and discomfort are common when having a new implant placed.

As with most cosmetic dentistry treatments, most discomfort is felt during the healing phase, which involves some swelling and aching which usually lasts anywhere between 5-10 days.

If you would like to treat the pain with anaesthetics we are happy to provide this and will do everything we can to make the procedure as pain and stress-free as possible.

We work with your dentist

Many of our new patients come from referrals from their dentists. This is because we are known for our reliability and expertise since so many dentists in the surrounding areas are happy to recommend our services as cosmetic dentistry providers.

We provide you with the latest and most advanced dental treatments and will work closely with your dentist so that they will be able to provide the best aftercare for your implants.

We are committed to providing the best missing teeth solutions for Bournemouth locals; book a consultation appointment with us today to see for yourself.
