The information you provide when booking an appointment will be logged directly onto our internal CRM system called ‘Exact SOE’.

This system is an appointment book service provider used to log all of your dental information internally.

It is not accessible by anyone outside of our organisation and is stored securely.

All employees sign our internal security policy forbidding them from accessing said information outside of the workplace and for any use other than to provide you with dental treatment.

The passing of information without your express consent is considered to be a criminal offence and will be punished as such.

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”).

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
