Full Arch & Full Mouth Dental Implants

  • Immediate full-arch loading (teeth in a day).
  • Over 20 years of experience replacing teeth.
  • Thousands of implants placed.
  • Flexible finance (0% interest) and 5-year payment plans.

For two decades, Dorset Dental Implants has provided life-changing and liberating full arch implant treatments for our patients who need all of their teeth replacing at the same time.

So, if you find dentures uncomfortable or unreliable, full arch dental implants are an excellent permanent option.

They don’t require bone grafting, so full arch implants (the full upper or lower set of teeth) are suitable for those who have been told they aren’t suitable for traditional implants.

Our highly skilled team can transform smiles with no teeth or a set of failing teeth in just one day.

This means you could leave Dorset Dental Clinic the very same day – with a brand new set of teeth and a spring in your step.

Stop worrying about living with missing teeth – there’s no need

With new advances in dentistry, patients do not need to compromise with loose dentures – so whether you have lost your teeth, or are about to, it may be possible to provide immediate same day teeth.

Whether you’ve lost your teeth to gum disease, trauma or decay, we can help – and if this particular treatment might not be right for you, we can identify one that is.

When it comes to full arch reconstructions, one size certainly does not fit all, so we will need to assess your oral condition before outlining your best treatment options and outcomes.cheap implants

Immediate full-arch loading

This type of restoration used 4-6 implants to secure a fixed full arch bridge. With this treatment, patients can trust that the restoration is in their mouth permanently and will not ever come out.

Past patients typically report that it feels like their own teeth when they were whole and healthy. You will even have the chance to design your new smile.

Replacing a full set of teeth can usually take 12 months to fully restore. This is why we offer teeth in a day for our patients wanting something more immediate.

This advanced implant treatment is meticulously planned and uses either 4 or 6 implants, which will hold a temporary bridge whilst we craft your permanent bridge.

Stages include:

  1. Full assessment includes 3D imaging, model planning and detailed design.
  2. Dental implant surgery performed under local anaesthetic
  3. Final long-term bridges are placed four/six months after (a phase which cannot be rushed)

The full arch dental implants procedure

Before placing the full arch dental implants, our clinicians will need to ensure your mouth has been prepared for the treatment.

This may involve removing traces of a damaged tooth or optimising your jawbone.

Any aspect of preparation will be discussed in detail with you during the consultation.

The full arch dental implant procedure replaces an entire arch of teeth, either upper or lower. However, it only takes 4-6 implants to support a new arch of teeth.

At Dorset Dental Clinic, we will make sure you are as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure.

The process is relatively painless as we use a local anaesthetic.

After your jawbone has been prepared for the procedure, the dental implant is inserted into the gum line.

This forms a base for the abutment (fitting) to be screwed onto the implant and the crown (tooth) to be placed on top.

It’s important to note that while the full arch dental implant procedure only takes one day, the process for the implant to bond with your jawbone can take several months.

The jawbone needs time to heal and it’s imperative that the root bonds successfully. We are very proud of our 98.2% success rate.

We will be with you every step of the way, from your initial consultation right through to the end of your recovery.

We will also discuss the treatment with your dentist to ensure all of your future care is in safe hands.
